چکیده
Rubus spp. is a shrub-form plant known for its fruits called blackberries. Blackberries are plants with high commercial value, delicious taste, nice aroma, and nutritional value. Turkey has wealthy genetic origins of species. Conventionally, the trading propagation done as vegetatively, utilizing truncation, rooting, or stratuming. However, these traditional methods time-consuming inefficient in virus-free production. Cloning grown tissue culture also enables to obtain provide fast replicating standard plants. obtained by micropropagation used formation fruit plantations well source formation. In this work, aim development vitro process wild Trakya Region. Proliferation from axillary buds was made adding BAP (6-Benzylaminopurine), NAA (Naphthalinacetic acid) GA3 (Gibberellic various combinations concentrations MS medium. Rooting successfully realized 83.3% rooted 1 IBA No roots were seen 0 MS. The survival rate transferred ex conditions 100%.

متن کاملComparative Transcriptome Analysis Reveal Candidate Genes Potentially Involved in Regulation of Primocane Apex Rooting in Raspberry (Rubus spp.)
Raspberries (Rubus spp.) exhibit a unique rooting process that is initiated from the stem apex of primocane, conferring an unusual asexual mode of reproduction to this plant. However, the full complement of genes involved in this process has not been identified. To this end, the present study analyzed the transcriptomes of the Rubus primocane and floricane stem apex at three developmental stage...
متن کاملIn vitro propagation through ex vitro rooting of a medicinal spice Piper longum Linn
Successful in vitro propagation through ex vitro rooting mechanism has been achieved in Piper longum by nodal shoot segment cultures. Shoot tip explants were less proliferative compared to the nodal meristems. The explants were sterilized using 0.1% HgCl2 and cultured on Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium with various concentrations of growth regulators. MS medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/L 6-benz...
